Anyone like Hitler?

Hitler in his own way was a genius .. he was extreamly intellegent and could have been a great leader if he hadnt have killed so many .. he even in the spite of what he did helped the german econmy during his “ruleing days” ..

I think in way he could have done great things but choose a different path He was a amazing leader and very intelligent and is probably one of the smartest men who was ever alive.

Several history buffs I know think Germany and the Axis powers would have won WWII were it not for Hitlers poor tactical and strategic decisions.

Hitler came to power the way lots of despots have. Tell his country they are the greatest in the history of the world; tell them they are God’s chosen people; and accuse his opponents of treason and putting their nation at risk. There is nothing creative here; the same technique has been used in many times and places.

he was a charismatic leader, not a great one. a great leader doesn’t leave his country in ruin and doesn’t lose the war and commit suicide. I think to rank hitler as “probably one of the smartest men who was ever alive.” is a gross overstatement. he was smart but not brilliant. there are many smart people. he was a good public speaker, he knew how to whip people into a frenzy. but a truly brilliant person, wouldn’t have documented every atrocity. he was just a smart person with a big ego and a damaged, insane mind.

He was an evil man but was very intelligent. He turned Germany around in just a few short years into the power it became. Germany was extremily crippled from the sanctions imposed after World War 1. He pushed Diplomasy to its fullest to get what he wanted and when that broke he went to war to get it. He’s millitary Stratagys were unbelieveable inginuity and if he wasn’t mad we could have remembered him as a genius.

And just to note I dont like him. oh and the V2’s caused massive distruction and loss of life to London and were one of the most destructive weopons ever built by man

yea he is a very very intelligent man, but he used his intelegince in the wrong way.

oh my…who DOESN’T like hitler? stalin was pretty great also. yes, he was intelligent, but quite mad. there is nothing good that he did (like the autobahn) that is not overshadowed by his inhumane cruelty.

I’ve never particularly thought of him as intelligent, either, just uncannily skilled at manipulating people. Scary, scary man.

It’s right that we remember him and what he did, because if we forget, or ignore what happened, then maybe we could let it happen again.

oh yeah hes my hero! joke But I find him to be a very fascinating person. I don’t look up to him though.

He was actually really intelligent, but he did awful things, and in my opinion used his intelligence in the wrong way.
