I think anything sexual in truth or dare is really hot, and should make things nice and fun.

Wear all your clothes in reverse order. Wear a kick-me sign for the rest of the game. Talk in a fake accent for the rest of the game. Slow dance with the player on your left for one super cheesy song. Play the next round in the lap of the player to your left. What is the one talent you wish you posessed? When was the last time you went skinny-dipping? High-five eveyone in the room. Snort a line of sugar. Sing everything for the reast of the game. snort like a pig. Keep an ice cube down your pants till it melts. Wear a toilet paper turban for the rest of the game. Make a toilet paper tube top and wear it. find as many snack type thing and mix them in a cup then get the person being dared to drink the mixture. Make sure the person being dared is blindfolded and cannot see what is being made. (We did this with candy and cream soda.) Dare a male player to let all the girl players remove his shoes and socks so they can paint his toes with nail polish. He must remain barefoot until the game is over and hope he hasn’t lost his shoes and socks while playing. Have a person smear jelly in one armpit and peanut butter in the other armpit. Then they must take two slices of bread and wipe it off. Then they have to eat the sandwich! Push a penny around the toilet seat with your tongue. If you could have anyone here in the room to be your slave, who would it be and what would you make them do? Ask the player being dared what question would he most dread to be asked. (This way they’ll either have to answer it on their next turn or play just plain dare for the rest of their life) When did you stop bathing with your sibling? Dare the person to strip down and run around the block in their underwear.
