Any girl know how to lose the little pooch on your stomach ?

I have always been really skinney. I want a flat stomach . I have never been as big as I am now . I weigh 130 pounds . But look real skinney , but I have been eating so much lately and can tell im gettin a small stomach now . What helps ? Like any exercises you girls do that really help ?? Thanks !

Lots and lots of sit ups! Dont just do up and down though you need to do cross overs and legs up as well. If you only do up and down you’re only working one of the muscles in your stomach. To do cross overs lay on your back with your arms behind your head and lift your legs up and cross your feet. Then when you sit up try to touch your right elbow to your left knee, go back down, and then your left elbow to your right knee, down and repeat. That will work your side abs. You should also try laying on your back placing your hands under your bums for leverage then lift your legs again bending your knees but this time youre going to use your lower abs and try to curl up that way. Do a lot of those and you will start to see your stomach flattening. Just keep in mind it is a lot harder for girls to get the stomach and abs like guys do.
