Uh… work out more. 10 minutes? My daughter works out for 3 hours each day and she is 9!

Well, if your looking for ab’s you can’t shed the extra fat by doing an intense workout with a higher calorie diet… the muscle is there it just wont be showing until you get rid of the fat… meaning cardio and a lot of it so drop calories abit for about 2 weeks and dont stress the stomach as much as you can in 10 minutes, stretch it out over 15-20 minutes and do a lot more reps with less weight also do a lot more cardio, also faster then slower, and see if there is a difference.

a lot of people think heavy weight with situps will give you the abs, the answer is yeah it will give you killer ones… they are just hidden under a small layer of fat you can only shed with cardio.. Goodluck!

Answer #5

You only need to work your abs about 3x a week and about an hour each time. Do it slow and steady. Make sure you feel every contraction and slow going down. It’s not like lifting your legs. I use a yoga ball and the floor and I’ve almost got a six-pack in 4 months. Presently at a 5 pack lol.

I meant 10 minutes only for abs I workout for 2 hours duh…!!!

Answer #7

Maybe there is something lacking in your diet; you may not be getting enough protein.
