How can I soothe anxiety?
I have a lot of anxiety over school, and I have trouble sleeping at night because of it. Even in the day time its sometimes bad, I can feel my heart beating fast.. Does anyone have any suggestions to cure my anxiety? or does anyone suggest any natural drugs you can buy to southe the anxiety?

I have no idea but I have trouble sleeping knowing I didnt do something so try and do your homework everyday and try to listen to music or your ipod whenever you can what I do, I doodle as much as possible and I dont do assigments in class because that is to much for me just wait till you get home

I know I have the same symptoms but not to the extreme of daytime anxiety. I believe it may be either a symptom of depression or I believe it could be ADHD. It can be helped with medication. Over the counter stuff I don’t know too much about only that Valerian root can help soothe you as well as lavender drops on your pillow. Camomille tea is also soothing. Long ago I did have the anxiety of a new school year. I sympathize with you. I never found a way out of those feelings just that time would make it easier.
I had major anxiety related to OCD as well. I still have it every so often,especially when I get nervous[i end up having “urges” to use the restroom. I know this might sound dumb but it works, when you feel anxiety, close your eyes and breath in slowly and breath out through your mouth[its better if you lay down] then you try to completly disconnect from the world[taking out all the noise like clocks and music] then you think of nice soothing places[like the beach’s waves and waterfalls]and see yourself there. then relax. tell me if it works, it did for me.
