Antivirus 2009

I fell into the whole scare tactic that Antivirus uses to lure customers, and actually downloaded this program. I have since removed it, and I do not have any images anywhere…on line…just the words come up with little boxes beside them - no images or graphics. The same is true in my help folder and other files on my computer. How do I get back to seeing the whole picture?

install an anti spyware your pc is probably infested with viruses at most you have to re-format the whole thing
