Nothing has ever got through this software on my PC.
AVG is more like Antivirus software, I am using it too. But I got some Malware Rogue Applications and this software not protected me. So what about anti-spyware?

AVG has Anti-Spyware built in.
I use Avira. It’s free and quite effective. I have no problems with it. Download the home version software at Avira.com
