Another Weight Question

I am 17, medium build, 5’4 and about 145 pounds. I want to weigh 120-125 pounds. How many calories should I be eating to lose about 8 pounds a month without being unhelathy? Thank you.

ok.. its really not about caloric intake.. what you should be looking at is carbs and fat content.. of course you don’t want the empty calories in pop/soda.. and you don’t want junkfood.. but what you really want to do in order to lose weight is exercise 2-3 times a week.. and by exercise I just mean simple things.. a brisk walk, a bicycle ride, dancing is a great one, or even just house work.. the key is to get moving in some way and use your muscles more often.. you should stay away from things containing white flour.. for instance if you go to subway, get wheat bread instead of white.. lay off the sugar and DON’T use things like splenda.. if you need to sweeten something use honey.. and drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water every day.. you could also go to the local vitamin store and pick up a natural colon clense.. generally americans have atleast 8-10 pounds of undigested red meat in their colon, and most people will lose on average of 8 pounds with just clensing the colon.. hope that was helpful .. if you need any other tips feel free to send me an email!
