anger and strength

Why are people stronger when they are mad? Like I got in a fight a few weeks ago and he was twice my size and the fight was caught on camra and I was doin things I know I can’t like flipin this guy over my back. Is this true bout people when they are mad and if so how much stronger?

I think it’s just bc people have more self-confidence when they are in a fight.

if they believe in something and want to hold their ground.. they iwll do anything to protect or hold respect for themselves or the ones they protect
