anger issues.....PLEASE help me

I have anger issues…. and im only 16… I will get mad over sumthing… and then I will yell VERY loudly… and say many things that I dont necessarily mean.. not only that…. but I have also punched my little brother, (who is only 9) because I was angry.. not at him.. but somehting else….. now im in a serious relation ship with my girlfriend now… and I have told her about this…. I honestly believe that she is the girl I wil be spending the rest of my life with… now the only problem is… that I dont want to end up hurting her out of anger… when I get angry.. its like someone else is controlling me.. like I ahve NO control over my mind and actions…. and im deathly afraid that I may end up hurting my girlfriend out of anger…..

im not afraid of anything other than myself at this point…. can someone please help me out…. and possibly tell me how I can solve this problem or at least make it not as bad…..

you may have turrets so that when you get angry you loose some forms of self controll you may want to consult your local phsyciatrist

Hmm… i think I may have anger issues too sometimes lol, just VERY passive anger. Like, the little things will bother me, but I just dont know how to express them so I keep it bottled up inside. It never really ends up coming out, and Im assuming its because of endorphins. Wow, I really love endorphins lol. If you didnt know, endorphins are a chemical that your brain releases to help make you happy. You can get endorphins by running, eating dark chocolate, and sexual activity. Its such a good way to get ride of anger issues… or being sad. Personally I think that the running/exercise works best, but thats just me. Best of luck! Hope I helped! Jackie
