Anerexic

Latley I’ve been feeling like im starting to get chubby . Its embarrasing, So for about a monthnow I eat about once a day, but I dont get hungry . My hands usually get unusually cold for some reason . What are the symtoms of anerexia ?

well I guess that you r trying 2 hard 2 becoming thin so that means you care bout what people think about u. so try not to about what people think and live your life cause you know life is short

Well,like i know in my mind that i’m not that fat but like u see all the pritty girls with there boyfriends then u like narrow it down to find what u think is wrong with ur self and that i guss is what eats me up inside,so i guss my way and many other girls feall the same way and so we like get it stuck in our heads im fat,im fat,im fat and then we go on extean diets and i cant help it…

Have any suggestions fo me? Loan and sad..

Hi, i feel the same thing i feel chubby to so its ok. Yes u might feel fat but we know we arnt, so lets see the birght side. if u feel like u are fat do what i am doing drink water all day long and eat like healty things not nasty things like junk food but i havent ate today only drank water so do whatever uc an but dont go anerxic and no i dont think theres are the symptoms

You are doing more harm and probably making yourself fatter from not eating.

Your body is now anticipating starvation so it will store alot more fat. Try eating small healthy meals about every two hours. Stay away from trans fats. Get on a sensible exercise plan.

Eating healthy and exercising are the ways to be thin, not starving yourself. For every pound of muscle your body burns up to 50 more calories a day - so hit the weights!

You should drink water but EAT! ONLY water is dangerous for your health. Your body needs fuel to function properly - that means FOOD!
