Answer #1

I just want to say that PMS is not all in the head. One time I couldn’t find the TV remote and I cried for like 10 minutes.

Answer #2

You didnt get my point, I ment that when you’re on your period the way you were feeling before gets more

Answer #3

Most women I know are not cheery during PMS no matter their “normal” emotional status. Outrageous hormones coupled with cramps, body aches, fatigue, bloating, indigestion, and nausea are bound to put anyone in a bad mood.

Answer #4

when your PMSing people should understand that you have to be alone and should have your space.~!!!

Answer #5

I don’t think your true feelings come through. I get a bit paranoid if I don’t watch out. There is no real reason for me to mistrust people and fear for those I love, but with PMS that can happen to me. PMS doesn’t reflect my true feelings at all (thank goodness).

Answer #6

jules, THATS MY POINTT!!! yay, I was right!! this is the answer I wanted: “Hormones can intensify any negative feelings that you may be having at the time. Say your little brother is bothering you. When you have PMS you might react a little more strongly to his pestering but it doesn’t mean you hate him”

thanks everyone, I’m sure that I’m right, right now! take caare!

Answer #7

I won’t get into the argument over whether PMS is real or simply in your head (which is what some people think), but no PMS doesnt quite work that way. It doesnt expose your true feelings. Hormone levels are shifting and you have your period with it’s side effects, that has nothing to do with who you are or suppressed emotions. It doesnt change that one way or another.

Answer #8

When I have PMS everyone in the house leaves me alone, lol Is it my true feelings coming out? Not at all. My true feelings are not hatred of everything living and breathing. I only feel like that 3 days out of the month. Normally I love all the people in my home. Hormones can intensify any negative feelings that you may be having at the time. Say your little brother is bothering you. When you have PMS you might react a little more strongly to his pestering but it doesn’t mean you hate him.

Answer #9

Lol I don’t PMS. I’m generally pretty stable during that time =)
