Am I at risk of developing anorexia?

I starve myself for most of the day and I constantly think about my weight. Whenever I see myself in the mirror I see fat everywhere and I’m not satisfied. My friends and especially my mother tell me I look really underweight…but I dont see that. I simply see someone who is fat. I am 17 this year and 163cm in height. I weigh 46kgs. Am I at risk of developing anorexia? I have been in this state since I moved here 3 years ago.

My opinion is you have already developed anorexia. Unfortunately anorexia is not a disease that can be successfully reversed with a pill. Anorexia is an illness that needs to be talked about and changed with therapy. You need to understand that the longer you subject yourself to this and not ask for help. The more harm you are doing to your body. You are not just simply shedding pounds you are starving your body of much needed nutrients.

You need to reach out to someone soon, a friend, school counselor, parent. The next pound you loose maybe your last.
