Does anorexia slow puberty down?
I am 13, I had anorexia nearly a year ago now and I think its slowed my puberty down. Do you think I am right? I have developed a boobs and havn’t started my periods. Please help. X
Anorexia can interfere with your menstrual cycle. If your really concerned talk to a doctor about it. Although, it’s not that uncommen for a 13 year old girl to not have her period yet. Give it time.
It would definately affect it, your body reacts to the stress it’s under. Talk to your doctor about it.
