Do you think alex torres should be fined for his lewd skydiving video?

Is it enough that he was fired from his job as an instructor at Skydive Taft, or do you think that charges should be laid, even though nobody witnessed the act "at the time"?

Ehhhh... Not really. I mean, they make a big deal out of students sharing the video with each other, but students are going to do that with any kind of viral-type video they come across. And it seems almost like they're just trying to find reasons to make a bigger deal out of it in the article, with the mentions of how there shouldn't be any activity that could distract the pilot, etc... I wouldn't fine him for it.
