Safe but effective weight loss?

im looking for a safe but fast acting effective way I can lose weight over the next 4 months. can anyone help me?

YES EXERCISE!!! I need to drop about 20 pounds as well- so you are not alone. my plan. get back out to the state park hiking. go canoeing at that same park. get away from the television. GET OUTDOORS- PERIOD.

that is my personal plan, if I stay true to this plan for a few months- I should be back where I need to be weight wise. hope my own personal plan gives you some ideas.
