Is there a weight loss pill with no side effects?
Does anybody know of a weight loss pill that has NO side effects? My Mom wants to know because she has a hard time dieting. And she is diabetic so I want her to be in better shape so I can have her around as long as possible. I also want to lose weight. I was so desperate before I forced myself to do 300 sit-ups a night. And they weren’t wimpy ones. I know how to do sit-ups. I know its hard to believe but I did them every few nights. But recently I quit. Haha figures. I am going to right now though. (Hopefully 100) Maybe I can get myself back into it. Thanks for the help everyone. <3
Weight Loss Pills dont work there just trying to get you to buy there product that will hurt your body..I would eat healthy and exersise 3 times a week for 30 minuets. remember to not go over the food pyrimid and 2000 calorers also Breakfast doesn’t count cuz you always burn that off.
Cardio exercises are more important than sit-ups. Since you’re young, I would recommend running. Your mom should probably walk, though. Do this EVERY DAY of the week. Exercising three times a day will keep you fit, but you need to do more if you want to lose weight.
