Adult parents, help me please?

no I very much doubt a 16 year old has his full license also , as a learner driver he would need to have at least one adault with a full license in the car

Iloveyouuu – No I won’t allow her to drive with him, not even around the corner. I know sometimes it is a nuisance to take and fetch your kids from friends, but I love my kids too much to risk their lives like that. I know a 14yr old would perhaps hate her parents for that, but I promise you, you would hate yourself forever if she get into an accident and be paralyzed or die. I know an accident can also happen even if your kids are in your car, but that is a total different situation, parents know their responsibility and would always protect their kids, whereto a 16yr old won’t. Driving at the age of 16 means, he would only be able to respond on the basics, and he won’t have nearly enough driving skills, need more experience !

when I was 14 my mom was letting my drive around with my 16 year old boyfriend

if the guy cares about your daughter enough he will make the judgement

if he knows that hes a great driver and has enough experience to risk your daughters life so be it…it may be the test to see if he really does love her and if you should love him see if hes trustworthy

one screw up in that car and he didnt care about your daughters safety at all…he may havet thought he did but what do you expect from a teenage boy?

if he honestly and truly loves/cares about your daughter he wouldnt even mention her being in the car with him if he didnt think he was experienced enough.

Uhm, if he had been driving the approved amount of time then yeah I would. I mean honestly you can’t keep your kids from life. it’s f’ed up. my boyfriends 17 and im 15, and my mom would let me drive with him right now if only he had a car. aha.

Well I agree with those above. Some parents are more protective than others but only because its harder for them to trust putting the life of their daughter in the hands of a 16 year old boy that just got his license. anything could happen and they’d always hold him accountable rather they wanted to or not and no one wants that on their conceince.

provided he has had his license the required amount of time, I would let my daughter ride with him
