-mayo, sweet relish, tuna -cream cheese, dab of mayo, lemon, tabasco, whip until creamy add tuna whip until fine and blended -minced celery, mayo, tuna, swiss cheese toast like a grilled cheese.

Apples, raisins, green onions, lemon juice and black pepper. I use Gala apples, half an apple per can, chopped up. Raisins absorb the mayo so let it sit for 30 mins before eating, otherwise they can still be a bit hard.

Well when I make a “small batch” of tuna salad from just one can, I always use ranch dressing instead of mayonaise and it gives it alot better zing.

Chopped veggies: red onions, cukes, sweet red peppers, beets, celery. Defrost some frozen peas. A few capers add a lot of flavor.
