How did Adam and Eve know to have intimate relations?

I thought this was interesting question someone asked me today. So is there somewhere that says or something?

Answer #1

I remember reading something about something someone wrote (haha not very reliable I know) but it said that if you put a female and a male who have no knowledge of sex or reproduction and no human contact on an island on their own, they would eventually learn or figure out how to have sex or reproduce because it’s our basic human instincts.

Answer #2

All our ability to think and feel is God given. Even the ability to reason. It was God’s plan. He created us. That’s why we are “us” and apes are still “apes”. We didn’t evolve from them. we are different. Adam and Eve?, Look at what happened…………….very powerfull

Answer #3

Maybe Adam and Eve were apes?

Answer #4

Very funny smart ass. If I made a comment like that about someone else’s religion, I’d be attacked from all corners of the globe. I don’t appreciate that comment, it’s disrespectful.

Answer #5

@jordan very uncalled for. I don’t care if you thought it was a legitamate question, inappropriate

Answer #6

It’s my religion too.

Answer #7

Thank you.

Answer #8

I realize it looks as though I was being disrepectful/rude. For that I apologize. I promise I did not intend it to be. The Adam and Eve as apes theory, is no joke, a theory I often think about. I did not realize how it sounded until I saw the reaction, so again, sorry.

Answer #9

Jordan, if that’s the case then you should learn to tame your tongue. My thank you was meant for imlonley.

Answer #10

Appology excepted.

Answer #11

Welcome

Answer #12

Thanks for the appology

Answer #13

Ok moving on now :)

When Adam & Eve ate off the Tree of Knowledge, “the eyes of both of them were opened”, meaning they became aware of physical lust and they realized that they were naked. After that, they probably just experimented & figured it out. The bible isn’t very detailed regarding this.

Answer #15

Yeah, it eventually was natural happening by the rules of biology.

Answer #16

Answer #17

Oppsy

Answer #18

We never evolved from apes. We come from a common ancestor though.

Answer #19

It’s our basic human instinct to reproduce and one way or another one “thing” will lead to another…..lol.

Answer #20

Australopithecus afarensis, maybe?

Answer #21

adam knew he was suppose to have a mate because he saw the animals all had pairs. plus adam was a perfect man and eve a perfect women so their brain was 100%. they figured out viewing the animals and viewing themselves how things were suppose to fit together … lol

Answer #22

After the “fall of man” - once Adam and Eve ate from the tree of knowledge, is when they learend to have itimate relations (hence how they concived Cain and Abel). As chanelglit has mentioned, once they ate the fruit is when they became aware that they were naked.

I’ve got a more intresting question for you however… did Adam and Eve have belly buttons? Since they were both not concived, to have one isn’t necessary… right? lol

Answer #23

Yes, the natural intellect God gives humans, enabled Adam & Eve to figure reproduction out.
