acne keeps coming back

Its hard to say why some people are troubled with acne so much or why certain products work for some and not others but it is most likely because in teenage years your hormone levels are always changing and your body needs to get used to it. Genetics are an important factor- some of us unfortunately get the gene that results in more oil production and more spots . Keep up with a cleansing and moisturising routine and maybe try some new products. you have to give them at least 2 months before you can tell if they are really working on your skin. Some people are more sensitive to the male hormones- androgens- that cause sebum(oil) production which then clogs up the pores and results in spots. Its not about cleanliness its what happens on the inside under the skin so you cant really do much about it. Fortunately most people stop getting acne once they leave the teenage years . Only use a mild face wash- I believe a wash is better than pads if you get wuite a few spots as it is gentler on the skin and does not spread the bacteria and oil across your face. Use a toner . Nivea visage young is a great one for closing the pores after washing and helping prevent too many brekouts. Never wash more than twice daily and try not to keep touching your face.
