dukan diet. if you stop eating all together your body will stop loosing waight because your body will try to preserve your enegy.

the dukan diet cuts allot out of whet you eat. it starts with eating only protean, tofu, lean meat, fish, chiken WITH NO FAT, and water, thats it..

then after a week or so add some green veg, not potatos, or carrots or things with starch, things that have little or no starch like lettuce, celory, cabbage, sprouts are all good. then after a month of eating greens and proteans you can add a little frut. look up the dukan diet. its a french diet and it works

in saying that, if thats you in your pick your darn sexy as is, im straight and all, so im NOT trying to be smooth lol but you would be stupid to change your body as to me it looks perfect

Clenbuterol, asthma medicine, its thermogenic so u will burn calories at a higher rate, next best thing is a pro hormone or an anabolic steroid, and u dont wanna use them lol
