I Am Very Good At Goal Making, It’s Just That I Don’t Always Succeed In Finishing Them, It’s Like The Story Of My Life Right Now..
Make it rewarding.
Like your cell phone? Hide it until the task is completed.
Like funadvice? Don’t log on again until it’s completed.
Like capitalizing every word is your sentences? Don’t do it until it’s completed.
Make it so you must finish your goal before you get a luxury. It will demand that you finish the task. If you don’t have the will power to withhold something from your self, then that is an entirely new problem you must work on. If you don’t have enough will power to abstain from something simple then that should probably be another goal.

Break your one big goal down into several smaller goals. The smaller and easier something is to accomplish, the more likely it will be done.
