About to lose my mind...

I would say the best way to get your point across is to not talk to him for as long as possible. Its hard and slow but in the long run I have always believed silence is the best way to get a husband or wife to really take a look at themselves.

1. calm yourself down and tell your child to stop it and give him somthing..
2. as for your husband, do the same to him next time. make him stay home while you go out and PARTY!

2 is optional. but yeah calm down because you dont want to take all your anger on your child.

well for 1 you can get off the compter and entertain your son who is on TWO for god sake, and theres nothing you can do about the kids dad he has a life he can live it which ever way he chooses!!

I disagree about the “silent treatment”…Punishing another person for their behavior in a marriage backfires…it strangles even the good communications. DO talk to him about what you expect and want from him…but wait until you are feeling calm and the anger has subsided.

DO NOT take you hurt and anger out on the baby…He doesn’t realize what you’re really pissed about…he’s just being a baby. Put yourself in his little shoes…and look at it from his point of view…how do you like it when someone takes their anger out on you, when you’ve done nothing??
