Does spotting mean pregnancy?

I had my period Jan.28, I have not had a period yet. I spot like for 10 mins. I went to the bathroom, wipe light pink then I went to the bathroom it was really red it maybe stays like that for 5 mins so I went to the bedroom and changed- nothing. It’s like I’m pregnant or what? Why is my period done that my period usually stays on for 5 days. It did that in the past and it will come on the next day, but it didn’t do that this time.

If there is a possibilty you could be prgenant please go take a test or see your doctor, otherwise it just sounds like you have irregular periods, you can go speak to your doctor about it and he can put you on birth control pills to regulate them again if you wish, plus it reduces the amount of period pain you get.
