About buying dog

Hi, I m satyajit from westbengal siliguri. I m thinking of buying a great dane but everyone I saying me that is a dangerous dog. Is it.please help me out.and I have 5 khata of land(bengali). And what is the price and how much I have to spend money. And if it is dangerous I will not buy but I love it and what I have to do to keep it cool. So, is their and dogs regarding this except grey hound.

only if they were abused they can be dangerous

people dont sell pets if they are dangerous and if you dont want it to be dangerous

get it when its a puppy and train it

how about you adopt a lonely puppy from your local animal shelter? Every day hundreds of wonderful animals are killed simply because they are unwanted. I work at a shelter so I know.

any dog can b dangerous! just depends on how well you tain them an how you treat them I have 3 german sheperds and people call them vicous etc but there all well trained and obay every command givin although if someone did go to attack me my dogs would b there all the way!! so train the dog etc an treat it wil love an care an treat it well and it wont become vicous

Great Danes look intimidating…but are actually quite mellow by nature…and non-aggressive towards people.

Just look for a good breeder…where you can meet BOTH the parents, that’s where you’ll see what you’re getting health and temperment wise. You’ll probably want to make sure the parents and grandparents are OFA’d, to deflect any trouble with hip-dysplasia…
