A question for christians

I feel closest to the Lord, when I am in constant relationship with him, when, I start to drift, he feels farther away.

when my sister was in the hospital dying from leukimea. we gave her a blessing and she is over the cancer. that was 2 years ago.

Well, every time I get into a relationship I pray to god to help and guide us down the right paths. Usually when things start to go wrong I pray to him to help us, heal our hearts and protect us. Guide us even if it is on seperate paths. Soon after I usually get an answer to my prayer. Example. I was dating a guy and things were kind of bad from the beggining. Because girls all in my school love the guy. They tried to break us up. One day I was sitting in the public library with him and he seemed distant. I was worried that he might not feel the same for me any more. I went off to a part in the library and prayed to God to help me find a solution to this problem and to help both of us so we wouldn’t get hurt. When I walked away from my spot to go find a book I found him with another girl and grabbing her rear. The next morning I talked to him about it without feeling upset or angry. We both were able to go our own ways and we are still friends.

God has helped me in so many ways but this is one I can remember the most. Because I felt like God was showing me the truth even though the truth can be harsh it helped me in the long run and he gave me the strength to act mature about it and it saved our friendship.
