Maybe they would let you get a dog if you paid for it. Maybe try getting a job or doing a lemonaid stand.

Answer #4

Actully it’s quite easy. One girl said to get a fish well that’s one way another is to watch around your house and see if you see a stray. If you don’t want a stray then go to the shelter and see what they have. But even their dogs can be exspesive. You might be able to get one at a pound or check around at yardsales or walmart. They often have dogs for sale or free. But the best place is the humane society. The dogs there need good homes. And by the sounds of it you have the perfect home.Point this out to your parents and they might soften up then convince them to take a trip there and look at all the small cute and innocent little doggie faces it work!!!

Answer #5

First show them you’re responsible. When school starts, get your schoolwork done with no questions asked. Maybe get a fish and show that you can feed him/her and be responsible for the cleanliness of the tank. Now, as for the money…maybe get some kind of job. If you’re at least 13, you should be able to babysit neighbors/relatives for a short amount of time. Hopefully you can find a Yorkie at a Shelter near you. Pet store puppies are expensive, and they’re not fixed which encourages breeding when the world is overpopulated enough. A lot of the puppies are sick too, because of being crammed in dirty/small cages with other dogs.

Answer #11

Guys, show your parents your responsible by not whining, getting good grades, being kind, doing chores.Don’t bug then cause all they will say is no.Give them reasons and facts about why the certain dog you want is perfect for the family.Try getting the dog from a breeder you will save $900-$400,better than spending more than $1000.Make sure you have a family member or close friend to watch your dog during vaction tell your parents blablabla is willing to watch the dog(make sure it’s ok with person watching).Do you have a cousin, aunt or uncle anybody who owns a dog? You it to show your parents how responsible you are and if you don’t get a fish or hamster and show how mature you are with the animals. That’s what I did when I was dying for a hamster I begged and did responsible things now I have a hamster and 2 birds from doing just that. You can get a dog to remember these tips and GOOD LUCK getting that dog (or another animal)
