What's a good amount of weightlifting for my age?

I’m 15 and I wanted to know whats the right amount of exercise for my body. I usually do 100 push-ups a day, but then I stopped because I thought it might stun my growth, so if you could tell me the right amount of push ups I should do for my age that would be very helpful.

The work-out wont’ hurt you. Dont’ worry about “stunting your growth” . Just make sure to stretch a lot and don’t over-do the weight training. Drink plenty of water to keep your body healthy. Don’t take any type of “supplements” until your body has stopped growing.

Do as many push-ups as you like.
