I have enquired but the food is no different from what he is used to.Is there a permanent solution to allergies apart from drugs. How can one deal with the spots that are left upon healing? h e is 3 and a half years old.

Answer #1

Are you serious?I chose the school because of many advantages.Be realistic. What if the allergy has nothing to do with the food?

Answer #2

You should find out what exactly he is allergic to. Skin tests would help, and it depends on the doctor or services available, but it can range from a small biopsy for a small patch of skin, or even a scrape test. After you find out you can at least avoid the things that he is allergic to. Vitamin E creams can help fade scars and spots from allergies.

I did not find any allergy specialists in Nairobi, however there are a number of Ear, Nose and Throat specialists listed on the web site below who might be able to provide allergy testing. Try this ex-expatriate website. You might try posting the question there as well.
