6 small meals a day? NO

So I weigh, 149. I’m 14 and I’m around 5’5 -5’6. I really want to lose weight. I’m tired of my flabby stomach. I hate it so much. I seem to always lose weight in the summer because my appetite goes way down. I find myself not eating very much. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner. And usually It’s not very big. But it satisfies me. What I HATE is how people say eat 6 small meals a day. Why? 1)Eating 6 small meals a day makes my appetite bigger, and then I end up eating in between those 6 small meals. 2)A 14 year old who is in school, can NOT eat 6 times a day. You can only eat once from 8-3!

I’m not going to eat 6 times a day. I like the fact that I don’t eat much during the day anymore. But when I do eat I feel like my stomach gets way bigger. And then my scale says I gain like 2LBS! That’s not f*cking possible!Someone give me an answer please. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. My body Isn’t going into survival mode because I still eat 3 times a day!

Okay, Hunnie look I’m 16 and I weigh 83 pounds. I tried the diet stuff and it got me sooo stressed out I gained 7 pounds in like a month.

But here this is how I dropped that weight.

I do eat 6 times a day, But I have an hour glass figure. So I don’t really work out so much.

Fallow this:

In the morning, You can eat something that has allot of calories because you work it off during the day. After 10 am is when you start eating small, Like today so far I’ve had. a chicken sandwich And it’s past 11:11 And for my 2ed meal I’ve had an apple. Stuff like fruit maybe a bit of meat at dinner.

I know it doesn’t sound to great but it will make you lose weight, I promise you that.

And now on to the not so fun part. In this part you need willpower.

10 sit ups 20 sets. [It’s for you tummy] Run up and down stair like as you take a step count, Go to 200 [It for your booty] And lastly run a mile or two everyday [for your legs]

well I’ve noticed everytime I went on a diet I got more stressed out and gained more so now I eat when I want and I’ve actually lost but I get sugar less stuff and thangs healthy wich makes me feel better 2 so if I were you dont stress eat when you are hungary but try minimize your portions and then dance or do something fun thats atheltic dont think of it as a workout then you would want to do it good luck
