How can I lose 10lbs to be a model?

I’m 5’10” 130 pounds and a size 4 in jeans (or 27) This sounds really stupid but I really want to be a run way model… the ideal weight for someone who is 5’10” is 119 pounds. I have no control so it’s hard for me to not eat, I can for a week and then I can’t stop when I do! What should I do to lose 10 pounds?

if you are serious, this could be an effective way but you’d have to have a lot of free time. do it survivor style. that way, u are out of your every life hence you will not be surrounded by your daily tendencies on giving up and giving in lol. go on vacation somewhere away from everything that makes u want to eat or be lazy ( Like T.V., dinner/movies/ice cream with family or friends, and anything else). I suggest the woods or some sort camp site. i would suggest beach except i don’t think there are beaches you can just live on since they’re all already private property or public accessible not for living at. but wutever is available and affordable to you make sure you can’t just drive to some quik-e-mart on a whim to buy something. if you can, don’t take money with you except for gas for your car (if you go by car, better yet, have someone drop you off so that there is no way you can back out of your plan by driving home that way you definately can’t go somewhere and buy junk food. take a months supply of healthy food from some sort of diet it doesn’t really matter. and anything else obviously that you would use in a month (shower stuff, toothbrush…well, these are of course givens). (whatever diet it is tho, it HAS to include 3 evenly spaced out meals because your metabolism still needs to function normally. if you don’t treat your system right, it won’t give you good results. so FEED it. just not a lot lol. have access to a lot alot a lot of water. drinking water is one of the best things you can do for your body at any time, and dieting is no exception. i suggest that every 2 days you eat your diet plan, then on every 3rd day, just have 3 protein shakes (and still also water). that way, you eat a little, sustain the weight, then eat less and lose a little, then stabalize and sustain the weight, then lose a little more. every 3 days. and whenever you get hunger pangs, sometimes your body is really just thirsty but the body sends the message through hunger pangs just so the message gets to your brain somehow to put something in your body. and sometimes if you drink water first instead of chips or wutever then you won’t be as hungry as you thought you were. but sometimes you really are just hungry and when that is the case just start excersising because that is a fast way to start concentrating on something other than food and since your excersising its the only other thing that will help you lose weight… excersise in the morning and night stretch before and after you excersise. exersise in the morning helps your metabolism process food faster throughout the day and exercising at night is simply, more excersise that makes you lose even more calories so why not?. do it mathematecally. go on some website that calculates everything: find out how many calories a girl your age/height/weight burns daily just from living, because you do burn a certain amount of calories daily no matter how fat you are. then find out the number calories of everything you are eating each day in your diet. Subtract how many calories you are going to have eaten in one day from the amount of calories you burn from just living in a day. the number you are left with is how many calories you want to burn from excersising. here is the flaw with the mathematecal part. you need a treadmill or elyptical machine for it to be exact and so how are you going to bring a machine to some campsite or wherever. well, i don’t know, so maybe you can leave the math part out. (but it is still a helpful thing to know anyways!) just…excersise in the morning and night. if you dont run often then start slow jog or fast walk for a week and don’t challenge yourself with fast jogging and running. if you are already regularly physically active then u know your body and what workouts work best for you. but try to have your heart racing for at least 30 minutes, 60 is better.

you don’t really need to go out of your house and city to do this. but i think it would make a big difference since most people always get distracted by things in their day to day lives (emotions, people, resteraunts and ads for food everywhere) so that they lapse back into their old bad habits and laziness.

i wish i could do this, but im just 16 and i had to work all summer so i can pay for a car, and since i have school all year i can’t just get away for a month. i dunno, just ask for a long vaca at work? unless your job doesn’t allow you to take that much leave. i know this was too long but it was fun for me to write because ive had the idea in my head but never actually full out wrote it down as a finite solution possibility.

or who knows maybe you’ll end up just starving for a week and lose 10 bls. but it’ll mostly be water weight, and you’ll still have the fat stores in you that inflate the second you eat like ANYTHING practically so thats yet another dumb reason why straight up starving is dumb and unefficient.

first-eat healthy, like a salad, or something (dont put very much dressing if any). stay away from high carb things and eat three normal size portions a day (no snacks) second- exercise, go running around the block or somethin or ride a bike everyday if possible but if you do run everyday keep it shorter for the first few times (about half a mile) because you will find that you will not be willing to run the next day

Exercise 3-4 days a week, be active & eat VERY small portions of food every 2 hours instead of other “meal plans” and that includes eating less often. And if someone says laxitives…that’s not as bad as barfing, but it’s still got health problems attached to it in the long run. Try colon cleansing instead.

hey baby check this out go to the gym. you can possibly go swimming to soothe you. Or you can eat low fat choclate or stuff that you like. do something to keep your mind off of food or dont think that you have to be perfect!
