4lbs in 2 week ?

Is it possible to lose 4 pounds of fat in 2 weeks? and maintain it off too ? If so, what can I do? Or is losing 2 pounds in 2 weeks better ?

ya its possible.. just exercise and watch what you eat.. you can loose the 4 pounds.. just stick to your plan.. good luck..

lol ok all you have to do is if you drink pop stop and just go for a short jog every morning and before a meall drink a cup of water so you almost full and dont eat as much and youll loose 4 pounds easy

yes that’s possible, because I just lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks, walking 30 minutes 5 days at week, doing the 30 day shred workout and cutting the fat a lil bit. you can do it If I could do it you can too.

Yes, it is possible. Just start exercising every single day. No exceptions! Also eat more fruits and vegetables and less sweets and carbonated drinks. Sam
