Is a 33 month sentence long enough for the scammer who sold fake medication to cancer patients?

Using a website to sell a fake medication that he claimed was an experimental cancer med, he managed to scam at least 65 terminally ill people out of their money. He was also order to pay a $75,000 fine and $53,724 in restitution…is it enough?

Answer #1

i personaly think no, considering how important nd vital medication is, especially when dealing with cancer

Answer #2

No! He should have to go to ja.il for life for that! I don’t even understand how he could live with himself after doing that, that’s just disgusting.

Answer #3

thats pathetic on the judges part!

heck, i would sentence that scammer to 30 years, if not more…or just wipe him/her off the face of the earth, not like there going to do any good with there lives…

Answer #4

life.

Answer #5

What he did was CRUEL, actually beyond cruel. 33 months is not long enough in my opinion. Also I hope he has to pay back all the money.

Answer #6

White collar crimes never get long enough sentences. That’s just how the system is set up.
