Am I allowed to move out with my Mom's permission?

I am just turning seventeen years old and I want nothing more then to move out of my moms house and get an apartment of my own. I’m working party time until June when I will be working full time. I have a twenty year old boyfriend who is ready to share a home with me. There’s just one problem, I’m a minor and in the state of new jersey I don’t think that I’m aloud to rent an apartment. How ever my boyfriend and soon to be husband is legally able. We’ve already looked at places and found a few that are perfect for our financial situation. But of course there are allot more complications then just how to pay the rent. Is there any thing I can do to make this possible? Am I aloud to move out with my moms permission and live with my boyfriend and also pay rent with him?
