17 and childish

I don’t if it’s me but since turning 17 I have still been acting childish,I knwo a 17 year old is suppose to be mature but why am I not?

nope, some people are mature at 7 some peopke are mature at 37 it doesnt matter what age they are you dont all of a sudden become mature when you reach a certain age so many young people are mature and immature and many old people are mature and still immature it all depends on there life expirience and personal preferance/opinions im almost 19 and I still act like a kid, ill be acting like a kid well after im 70 as well because I like to that doesnt mean im not mature, I just like to act like a kid

My mother claims to have taken psychology classes in college, and says that a 17 year old is supposed to be willing to take responsibility(aka, in her terms, constant and often unfounded punishment for little or no reason). I call that a load of bull. There are 30 year old men who plot jail breaks.

It will come to you one thing you cannot rush is nature some develop faster tham others dont worry your time will come so enjoy you childishnet while it last bc some day you’ll miss it trust me on this one

it all depends on the person not the age. some are very mature at a young age others take awhile. it all has to do with who you r. im sure jessie doenst mind. lol

Actually - they say the age 17 is when teenagers are more likely to rebel, act up, get in trouble, etc.
