15 pound dumbell weights

How many of these should you do for a work out. These the only weights I have.

lol 60- 90 seconds if you do that your just wasting your time 20-30 seconds rest if you actualy want to get stronger and see muscle growth

if your still starting out, I suggest 60-90max seconds rest in between sets. 3 minutes is a tad bit too long, keep blood flowing. work up from 8 reps to 20 reps eventually. Depending if you can complete the sets. work up slowly, Dont shock your muscles. stick with same sets and reps as long as you reach abundance/pump after those sets. more than 3 sets not recommended, more than 90 seconds rest not recommenced. number of reps depending on you.

3 sets of 15 reps per arm. with 3 minutes rest in between each set
