14 and im 5'4

I work out for at least 2 and a half hours a day, ad im 110 pounds is that healthy or normal??

Based on your ht and wt, your ideal body wt should be 120#. You are 91.6% to your desirable body wt. You are at a norm wt. If you are eating 3 balanced meals and 2-3 snacks and limiting soda and not eating junk food consistently then 2 hrs working out is a bit obsessive. You are 14, so enjoy 14. recommended amount of physical activity is 60 min everyday.
