13 and no development!

ok im a guy and I’ve been 13 for a while and I’ve got pubic hair armpit hair stomach hair and I can ejaculate but my penis hasnt grown! is this normal???

Sweety pie, you are not done growing. You are normal. You aint done growing until you are 21 for boys. You have just began. Hair comes first, your voice deepens, then you begin to get taller, have wet dreams, and your penis will grow. REMEMBER you have 7 years to grow. just because you turned 13 doesnt mean you automatically start growing and forming. Its a growing process not an age process. Every one grows at a different pace. You are only beginning.
