What does this mean?

So this guy I like, was walking down the hall way with his friend, then his friend says to me, “Look at this big hunk of meat!” and he was like shaking him and the guy I like was talking softly, saying, “No, no..” I used to have a couple a classes and sat next to him. But we don’t talk anymore because we don’t have any classes together, but I pass him in the hallway a lot. My friends thought he likes me too (they don’t know I like him) but I don’t know. What do you think? Was his friend just saying that to embarrass him like in an inside joke or because he likes me? P.S His friend might’ve said, “Look at this hunky piece of meat.”

Sounds like he does to me and he also seems alittle shy. Just watch his body language, look to see if he avoids eye contact (looks at the floor or looks away). Let him know you notice him, say hello when you walk by. If he likes you and is shy he will slowly come around. Us guys sometimes talk about girls we like to our friends.. his friend could be trying to embarrass him like you said. His friend might be trying to get the ball rolling for you both. You never know! It all a good sign.
