What can I do about the aches I have after working out?

One of those days where people are ignoring mah status :ccccccc I did this friggin workout and now I’m like aching everyone . I laugh it hurts in the chest and stomach area. And when I sit it hurts and if I’m laying down and get up it hurts. And no I’m not visiting a docor

Youre just sore, you mustve recently started working out and over-exerted youself. You want to start out doing a little bit and keep adding on to build up your strength.

You are supposed to be sore after a workout, but make sure you let those muscles heal up a little. Trying alternating muscle groups.

but i worked out two days ago. i thought the ( as i call it ) pain would be over by now

usually the worst pain is two or three days after a harsh workout.

That means its workin ;) its a good hurt….when i started workin out i was sore for like a week after lol. I went to the gym and went a little too hard lol. But i kinda like that sore makes me feel like i did it right

It’ll go away. As the above comments state. your muscles just need to heal. In the mean time, i would stretch every day (not majorly, just move your muscles abit) but dont work out again until it doesnt hurt anymore.

As far as aches go not much because you are tearing muscle when you weight train, but if you are not lifting hard and still sore I would call that lactic acid in the muscles. Try doing some cardio, treadmill or eliptical machine before calling it a day and drink plenty of water and dont forget your protein afterwards, try within the hour.
