savings, money people give them, pay checks, family members pay for it. the income for fake boobs can come from anywhere really lol
saving money, borrowing it from freinds/relatives, as a birthday or other present, selling things they own, or creating a small buisness to help fund it, fundraiser, and there are even some websites were you post a picture and a bit about youself and hope that someone else (like a rich guy) will buy the boobs for you)
