Yorshire terrier male dog breeding
My little 8 month old male yorkie is humping everything in sight because of my 9 month old female yorkie coming into heat the first time. We keep them separated because we don’t want to mate on the first heat. Will he stop humping after she is out of heat or is this something we will have to live with. It is almost unbearable. I would appreciate any help you could give me. Thanks Terry
He could definitely continue with the humping, though it will hopefully subside after the female is out of heat. The best way to prevent/stop this is to have him fixed, which it doesn’t sound like you want to do.
