What other pills are out there and cheaper/better than yasmin?

I’ve recently started taking yasmin and this is my 14th day. But I’m still bleeding, I’mnot sure if its spotting but it’s very light. My period was normal and the 4th day it started going light as usual, but it just kept on going. But at night, I don’t bleed. Is this spotting? Is this normal for yasmin or any birth control pill? If this is normal, how long will this go on for? Also, I’m thinking from changing to another because yasmin is too expensive, I use it for contraception and acne so what other pills are out there and cheaper/better than yasmin? (must be avaliable in australia, if thats help) Thanks.

pills with too low of a dose of hormones will make you bleed longer and out of synch when you are normally supposed to. Talk to your doctor about getting a higher dose perhaps. Walmart sells sprintec for 9 dollars a month as well as a few other low cost pills for around that price and they do the same exact job.
