why do parents hate when there kids have sex but theyll buy them condoms and evrything else like because my mom hates when me and my girlfriend have sex (I don’t know how she knows at times) but she doesnt even care when she buys me condoms or I buy thm
I think she hates that you guys have sex, but she buys you condoms because she knows whether she likes it or not, you’re going to have sex, and she wants you to wear protection.
That’s because she simply wants you to be protected. She is well-aware that she cannot prevent you from going out and having sex and that if she really tried, it could lead to you getting frustrated and maybe even taking dumb chances with the matter. I’m sure that as a parent (I’m referring to her, not me :P), she simply wants to know that even though her son isn’t doing what she wants him to do, she wants him to do it right. The last thing she would want is for your life to be in turmoil because you didn’t wear protection, etc. She just wants you to be safe and in doing so, she is not being stubborn about the matter (which some parents are).
