It depends. If it’s got an antenna you can tune it to your radio via the menu on the XM Radio itself. Or you can go for the Direct Connection and get a male-to-male 1/8” cord from Radio Shack and, if you’re car radio’s new enough, just hook it right into the accessory jack on the car radio.
