Wrong color in box!!!

Hi, I have been coloring my hair for many years now using loreal 91/2 nb. Because I started out as a natural blonde, it always gave me a platinum over the years. I purchased my regular haircolor at walmart, applied it and to my horror..looked on the counter& a revlon beige blonde bottle stared me in the face. Someone had switched the contents. Because my hair is so porous and light, it soaked uo this beige. I still can not get it out no matter how many times I have attempted to re-dye. Should I go to sally’s get ion color corrector, then recolor mixing 2oz of 40 pure white creme developer and clairol 323 extra light platinum creme toner? Naples,fl is going to cost me so much to fix! Not $ I have at this time for this.

i used to dye my hair white for a long time and i decided to go dark once. i screwed up and it came out orangey red. what i had to do was go to sallys and i talked to the women who worked there. they told me to use color lifters that you mix in. they come in little brown bottles. talk to someone who works there because they’re all hair stylists so they know how to fix that.
