ok my friend likes this guy and she doesnt know if he likes her except one day we they caught up they kissed…he constanly says 2 her lets go out here and there…mi friend iz taking this as them going out…would you agree on this? personally I wouldnt because he hasnt asked her out or talked about going further in the friendship that they have.
I think they could be goin out but a few months ago one of my frends kissed another boy and they never went out.
so they might not be goin out but they could be goin out ina secret.
Hopefully they are gong out. If not then they are considered friends with benefits!

Sounds like they are boyfriend and girlfriend, but haven’t actually started dating. Some people say they are “going out” or “dating” even though they are together but they haven’t actually went anywhere. This is more common in the younger teen crowd, in which they aren’t allowed to date yet.
yea I would say they are going out because you dont have to “ask” to go out…people are getting older these days, you dont need to ask anymore…its more like you just know that shes your girl…but it could aslo means that they’re just dating and kissing at the same time (friends with benefits) lol…so yea thats what I think
She shouldn’t assume she is going out just because they are kissing. I mean boys, and girls go around kissing whoever they want all the time… Doesnt mean they are dating.
