would this work to give me a slimmer body?

hey I have a routine… I drink lots of water each day, 3 cups of green tea a day, work out almost each day, and dont each junk foods. wil this give me a slimmer body????? please help

Oh, the water drinking thing is a bulls**t. Fat means water retention, so no need to drink too much :) It might be good but for something else, definitely not for losing weight. Everybody can lose weight, but they just don’t make the necessary efforts required to succeed. Work out is great and running also. What you do will help you get a slimmer body, yes. Don’t expect sudden results though. Your body needs time to understand that you want it to be slimmer :D Keep up the good work!

Water keeps you hydrated while you’re working out. You don’t need to drink 4 gallons per day but you want to drink enough to keep your urine a light yellow color. Dark urine means poor hydration.

Losing weight and toning are 2 seperate things. Some people honestly can NOT lose weight but for the majority of people it’s as simple as drinking plenty of water, and exercising daily for 30 minutes or more. It’s not so much NOT eating junk foods as it’s ok to eat some cake now and then, but to eat healthy foods and not to overeat them. Eat one portion of a well balanced meal and you should do fine.
