Would technology improve for the blind?

Since I’m blind and using a computer, would technology improve? I have a screen reader that I had to install and I was also wondering if in the future, people will come out with advanced screen readers? Just wondering your opinions on this. I think it’s interesting to know what technology is going to advance for the blind.

Yeah.

I know, just for a small example, when I was studying ICT (computing), we were taought to make a website accessible to EVERYONE, the deaf, the blind, and so on. So I think it will improve, just not overnight. Basically, if the world will soon have the people from my web design class, the internet will be a lot easier.

I don’t see why this should be any different in any other aspects of life at all. I believe it will continue to adapt for everyone, it will just take some time.
